Before you buy.
Do I need a SanMar or S&S account?
No. You can load your own front and back garment photos, or import a supplier CSV. With an approved account, you can also look up styles and colors and load photos and product details in a few clicks. Each supplier approves access itself, and the download includes setup instructions.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a single payment, and it includes bug-fix updates.
Where is my artwork stored?
On your computer. The app runs locally, and customer artwork is not uploaded to us. Supplier logins you choose to remember are encrypted by Windows for your user account.
Are the print sizes exact?
They are visual estimates based on the garment's flat chest width you enter. They are good for approvals, and you should confirm size and placement with your customer before production.
Does it work on a Mac?
The launcher and the encrypted supplier login storage are built for Windows. Mac and Linux are not supported yet.
How do I learn it?
The download includes a seven-minute video walkthrough, a printable manual, and a sample job you can load with one click.
Is it affiliated with SanMar or S&S Activewear?
No. Apparel Proof Studio is independent software from Dayton Sign Shop. Supplier names belong to their owners.
